 | | | | | | For each member of your reflective community, now is the time to think through how to take the community's new knowledge to practice in your own local workplaces, communities, professional fields, or social change initiatives. The assumption is that each member came to this community from their own workplace, expecting to learn with others with similar interests and aspirations, and hoping to contribute to creating new knowledge that could be taken to practice back home. The challenge is for each member to consider how they will engage in ongoing inquiry and learning through local praxis, or processes of action and reflection. Now you have the opportunity to think through these important issues together, offering feedback and insight to each other. Another reward will be what you'll learn from each other once you've experimented with taking your knowledge to practice in their own environments. The Experiment Space offers reflective community members the opportunity to engage others, define the experiment, choose inquiry methods, and share your learning. | | | | | |
