Share Knowledge With Others

NewWorkSpaces makes it easy to share knowledge with others in your community. We use seven types of knowledge in NewWorkSpaces: Books, Business Cards, Documents, Events, Multimedia Files, Websites and Topics. Just about any kind of knowledge you'll want to share in NewWorkSpaces will fit into one of these categories.

When you share knowledge in NewWorkSpaces, you create a basic description of a particular knowledge object and then upload the description and the knowledge object if it can be stored online.

You begin by clicking on the "Add" button on the top bar in NewWorkSpaces. It looks like this:

A new window will open where you can choose which kind of knowledge object you want to add.

Select your type of knowledge and click on the Add button.

A new window will open. Please fill out the various fields to describe your knowledge. Try it, it's straightforward and simple.

Browse in your computer to attach and upload any file related to the knowledge -- like a document, or a audio file, or a PowerPoint presentation.

Then click submit and your knowledge object will appear on the knowledge section of your webpage.

Related Tips
You can easily change your description or modify a file you have added to NewWorkSpaces.

NewWorkSpaces helps groups work on the same document or other knowledge object by making it impossible for more than one person to be editing or changing at the same time.
